By accessing and using the VERIDIS website and services, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Important: These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VERIDIS regarding the use of our services.

2.2 Digital Platforms
- NEPTUNO: PDI preparation system per ANP Resolution 817/2020
- OceanZero: GHG inventory management with blockchain certification
- Sirius ESG: ESG indicator management system
3. Registration & Account
To use certain services, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate and complete information
- Keep your information up to date
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Be responsible for all activities carried out with your account
- Immediately notify any unauthorized use
Warning: VERIDIS reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.
4. Permitted Use
4.1 Permitted Conduct
- Use services only for legal and authorized purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit viruses, malware or malicious code
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Copy, modify or distribute content without permission
- Use services for fraudulent purposes
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on our website and platforms, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, design and trademarks VERIDIS, NEPTUNO, OceanZero and Sirius ESG, are the exclusive property of VERIDIS or its licensors.
Limited license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to access and use our services for authorized personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
VERIDIS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data or business opportunities
- Interruptions or failures of third-party services
- Actions of users in non-compliance with terms
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
7. Digital Platforms
7.1 Licensing
- Access through subscription or specific contract
- Non-transferable license linked to user/company
- Number of users as per contracted plan
7.2 Data on Platforms
- You retain ownership of input data
- You grant license for processing and storage
- Blockchain data is immutable after certification
8. Payments & Billing
- Values and conditions as per commercial proposal or contract
- Monthly billing or as agreed
- Delay over 30 days may result in access suspension
9. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by the User at any time, with written notice, or by VERIDIS for violation of these Terms, default over 60 days, or misuse.
Upon termination, platform access will be terminated and data will be kept for 90 days for recovery.
10. General Provisions
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Jurisdiction: The courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, are elected to settle any disputes arising from this agreement.
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific contracts, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
